All orders made through Precious Verses aim to be processed and shipped out within 5 business days. However, we cannot guarantee this due to multiple vendors selling on this website.
Once the order is shipped, please allow up to 14 days for the order to arrive as we cannot guarantee delivery times. If it has yet to arrive within this time period, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us and we will resolve the issue.
If a refund needs to be processed, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible with more information. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please be aware the refund may take up to 7 business days to be processed and appear back into your account.
We do not accept refunds on perishable or personalised items. Refunds may only be issued on products at the vendor's discretion.
We ask that you respect each and every vendor's policies and please notify of a cancellation within 24 hours of ordering. Cancelling of an order and the issue of a refund is at the vendor's discretion. The exchange or return of any product for any reason is also at the vendor's discretion.
If, for any reason, the order has been delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photo evidence. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
