Orders & Delivery - Do I need to create an account to shop on Precious Verses?

You do not need to create an account to shop on Precious Verses, as we simply send a confirmation email to the email address you provide at checkout (Guest checkout).

However, the benefits of creating an account include being able to view your order in the 'Orders' tab in your account after purchase, as well as accessing all your saved orders in one location.

Orders & Delivery - Can products be personalised or sent as gifts?

Yes, absolutely! We'd recommend getting in touch with the specific seller if you are interested in getting an item personalised or sent as a gift.

Remember to add the recipient's shipping address at checkout if you're wanting to send a gift direct to them. And add a note at checkout with the personalisation details.

Do not hesitate to get in touch if there are any issues or you are looking for a specific design/product to personalise.

Orders & Delivery - How do I know my order has been received?

Once you have completed your order and it has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

If you set up an account before or at checkout, you can also see a summary of your order under the Orders tab on your profile.

If you have yet to receive a confirmation email after 24 hours and it is not in any other folders, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we can look into this for you.

Orders & Delivery - Do you do next day delivery?

Unfortunately, due to the number of vendors on our website and with how shipping works, we cannot guarantee next day delivery or any delivery times.

If you are urgently needing a gift then we'd recommend getting in touch directly with the seller.

If you have yet to receive an item after 14 days, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we can try and resolve this for you.

Orders & Delivery - How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery times can vary between products, stock levels and also delivery addresses. But we aim to process and send out your order within 1-3 business days, and delivery times can vary between 2-5 business days for UK addresses. However these times can vary between sellers.

If you have yet to receive your order within 14 days, please do not hesitate to get in contact and this issue can be resolved.

For any orders that will likely take more than 14 days to be delivered from the day of purchase, including international (Outside of the UK) orders, we will be in contact as soon as possible to give you more information.

Orders & Delivery - What to do if my order has arrived faulty or damaged?

Although every care has been taken to ensure your order is packaged well and arrives safely and in a perfect condition, items sometimes unfortunately can be damaged during transit.

If this is the case, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us or the seller and provide evidence of the damage and we can resolve this immediately. The actions taken could be a replacement of the product or a refund, depending on your preference.

It is not possible to edit the shipping address details of an order after purchase. Therefore we recommend contacting the seller as quickly as possible and wait for confirmation.

We are a marketplace that offers FREE shipping on all orders. Therefore at checkout there are no shipping costs displayed.

Please keep in mind that FREE shipping applies to orders delivered to the United Kingdom ONLY. If you are interested in placing an order that is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom, please get in contact with the seller directly.

Returns & Refunds - How do I cancel an order or return an item?

If you wish to cancel an order after purchase, please get in contact directly with the seller or with Precious Verses as soon as possible and a refund will be issued.

If you wish to return an order once received, please get in contact directly with the seller as soon as possible and return the order within 28 days of purchase. Upon receival of the order, a refund will be issued, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show.

Return postage costs are at your own expense, and returns are not accepted for personalised or perishable products.

Selling on Precious Verses - How do I apply to sell?

Selling on Precious Verses is easy! Simply fill out the form in the Apply to Sell tab, set up and customise your dashboard, and start adding your products.

Once we have received your application, we will respond as quick as possible to let you know if you have been accepted. If we need any further details before reviewing your application, we will get in touch with you through the email you supplied us.

Selling on Precious Verses - How does payment work as a seller?

Precious Verses uses Stripe to manage all our payments. Before you start selling, you will have to set up a Stripe account so you can begin receiving payments from your first order.

As well as a very small Stripe fee, Precious Verses removes 15% commission from each order before sending through your payment. Your funds from the week are then deposited into your account the following Monday.
