Shipping Policy

All orders made through Precious Verses aim to be processed and shipped out within 5 business days. However, we cannot guarantee this due to multiple vendors selling on this website.

Once the order is shipped, please allow up to 14 days for the order to arrive as we cannot guarantee delivery times. If it has yet to arrive within this time period, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us and we will resolve the issue.

Refund Policy

If a refund needs to be processed, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible with more information. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please be aware the refund may take up to 7 business days to be processed and appear back into your account.
