Refunds and Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We accept returns on all items, not including perishable products and products that include personalisation, as well as gift cards and downloadable prints

If you have requested a refund, or one needs to be processed due to out of stock reasons, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible with more information.

Shipping costs to return a product are at your own expense and, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the return is successful and a refund will be processed. The item is your responsibility until we confirm we have received it. If you have yet to receive any emails within 14 days of returning the item, please get in touch using the Contact Form.

If the product returned is in an unsuitable condition to be resold, a partial refund or no refund will be given at the vendor’s discretion.

Sale items can only be returned, or eligible for a refund, at the vendor’s discretion.

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please be aware the refund may take up to 7 business days to be processed and appear back into your account.

Gifts & Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using the Contact Form.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you notify the vendor you purchased the selected item from as soon as possible, or at least within 24 hours, if you wish to cancel an order. Cancelling of an order and the issue of a refund is completely at the vendor’s discretion and may depend on if they have shipped your order or not.
